Optische spot van Lindsay Adler (150mm f/3.5 lens)

The gobo case is surprisingly sturdy, and swapping designs mid-shoot is a breeze with the magnetic holder. I used the grid pattern on a recent portrait session and got exactly the dramatic shadows I was after.

I was worried the lens would be tricky to focus, but the 150mm f/3.5 locks onto my subject with surprising precision. The 5 color gels clip on easily and add just the right mood for creative portraits. This kit has everything I need for sharp, controlled lighting right out of the travel case.

The gobo storage case alone is worth it—everything stays organized between shoots. I’ve been blown away by how sharp the 150mm lens renders the pattern edges, even at f/3.5, and the gel ring clip makes swapping colors a two-second job.
