Finally a reflector I can actually fit in my camera bag without leaving the softbox behind. The 40" size is perfect for headshots, and collapsing it to a third makes it effortless to carry up a trail.

I needed something smaller for outdoor shoots, and this 40” reflector collapses to a third of its size, so it fits in my carry-on bag. The silver side gives a punchy bounce even in low light, and the white is great for softer fill. It handles sunlight well for quick portraits.

The silver side threw a really clean, natural fill onto my subject’s face during a harsh noon shoot, and the white side softened shadows just as well for a portrait. It’s held up fine in my bag for three weeks of daily use, and the 40” size is big enough to cover a half-body shot without feeling unw
