Light Stand (8')

The telescopic sections lock securely, and the wide footprint means I don't worry about it tipping over with my softbox on top. The aluminum tubing is light enough to haul around one-handed, which is a huge plus for someone like me who shoots on location.

I was surprised how sturdy this 8' light stand feels given its lightweight aluminum frame. The wide footprint makes it really stable even with a softbox attached.

The double wall construction gives it a sturdy feel despite being lightweight aluminum. Setup was quick and the wide footprint kept my umbrella light stable outdoors. Only wish the locking knobs were a bit tighter, but it does the job.
